The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have that cannot be waived by agreement.
