Connect Dots started with a simple frustration: too many good ideas died in the gap between strategy and engineering. Decks got built. Prototypes got abandoned. The dots never connected.

So we built a studio designed to close that gap, one team carrying products from the first conversation to production, with no hand-off where momentum goes to die.

We're deliberately multidisciplinary. Designers, engineers, data scientists, and strategists sit on the same teams, not in separate departments trading tickets. When the people who research a problem also ship the solution, far less gets lost in translation.

That model lets us take on work most studios split across three vendors: an AI feature grounded in a client's own data, the data platform feeding it, and the product experience wrapping it, all built by one accountable team.

We're intentionally senior and lean. Fewer hand-offs, less management overhead, and engineers who own outcomes mean we move quickly without the chaos that usually comes with speed.
