Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 11, 2026

Connect Dots wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. This statement describes where the site stands today and how to reach us if something does not work for you.

Target standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We test against that standard as the site changes; it is a target rather than a certified result.

What we have done

Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark and a visible 'skip to content' link for keyboard users.

All interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with visible focus styles.

Icon-only links and buttons carry text labels for screen readers.

Colour is not used as the only way to convey information, and body text aims for sufficient contrast in both the light and dark themes.

A light and dark theme, remembered per device.

All motion (page transitions, scroll reveals, the background constellation) is disabled automatically when your system is set to 'reduce motion'.

The decorative background canvas is hidden from assistive technology and does not trap focus.

Known limitations

Some marketing sections use layered animation on load. These respect 'reduce motion', but the non-reduced experience is dense.

A few data-heavy layouts (the org chart, some comparison grids) are usable with a keyboard and screen reader but are visually optimised for larger screens.

We have not yet completed a full third-party audit. If you find a barrier we have missed, please tell us.
