Connect the shop floor to the rest of the business.
We build manufacturing execution, quality, and traceability systems that pull data off machines and operators and reconcile it with ERP, so planning works from what is actually happening.
Most plants run on a mix of a decades-old ERP, spreadsheets, paper travelers, and machine HMIs that do not talk to anything. Planning is a best guess and quality issues surface late.
We build the execution layer that closes the loop: real-time production status, digital work instructions, quality capture, and genealogy, integrated with the ERP and the machines you already own.
What we see
Common challenges in Manufacturing & Industrial.
Machine connectivity
Older equipment has no API. We use OPC UA, MQTT, and edge gateways to get data off the line without replacing the machines.
Paper on the floor
Travelers, checklists, and inspection sheets on paper mean delayed data and lost history. We move them to tablets with offline support and a clean sync.
Quality caught late
A defect found at final inspection is expensive. We build in-process quality capture and SPC so issues are flagged at the station where they happen.
Traceability and recall
When something is wrong, you need to know exactly which units are affected. We build component and process genealogy so a recall is a query, not a panic.

FAQ
Manufacturing & Industrial questions.
Do we have to replace our machines or ERP?
No. We connect to existing equipment through edge gateways and industrial protocols, and integrate with your ERP rather than replacing it. The execution layer sits between them.
Can operators use it without wifi on parts of the floor?
Yes. The operator apps are offline-first: work continues locally and syncs when the connection returns, with conflict handling built in.
How does traceability work?
Every unit carries a genealogy record of components, process parameters, and quality results. Given a suspect lot, you can immediately list every affected unit and where it went.
